2010 resolutions

1. Engage in an exciting new activity!
Get involved in performing arts? Complete a 10 km run? Initiate a new social project?

2. Enjoy work
Just do it. Experience and learn the processes and essential skills in an established organization.

3. Embrace a healthy lifestyle
Mind: Focus on opportunities instead of fear & worries, express love & appreciation to friends and family.
Body: Fruits, nuts, seeds, multi-grain cereals, exercise especially.
Spirit: Be in the present moment, just be.
